Sort the food, match three, clear the grill

Grill Shuffle is a tactile grill puzzle game. Shrimp, steak, corn and drumsticks are scattered across sizzling grills: drag food between grills, put three of a kind together and watch them flame up and get served. Every level is a compact food puzzle with a move limit, and every one has been solved by a computer so you know a clean solution exists.

How to play

  1. Drag a food item (or tap it, then tap a grill) to move it into an empty slot.
  2. Three matching foods on one grill sizzle and clear.
  3. Clear consecutive matches for a combo.
  4. Finish the order before you run out of moves. Fewer moves earn more stars.

Daily puzzle and friend challenges

A new BBQ puzzle every day, the same board for everyone. Finish any level and share a challenge link: your friends open the exact same grill and try to beat your move count.

Install Grill Shuffle on your phone or computer

Grill Shuffle is a web app: install it straight from the browser and it opens in its own window with its own icon, like a regular app. Nothing to download from a store, and your progress stays with you.

iPhone and iPad (Safari)

  1. Open grillshuffle.thebuilder.work in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up).
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Android (Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet)

  1. Open the game in your browser.
  2. Tap Install app in the game menu, or open the browser menu (⋮) and tap Install app / Add to Home screen.
  3. Confirm with Install. Grill Shuffle appears with your other apps.

Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS (Chrome or Edge)

  1. Open the game and click Install app in the menu, or the install icon at the right end of the address bar.
  2. Click Install. Grill Shuffle gets a Start menu / Launchpad entry and can be pinned to the taskbar or Dock.

Mac (Safari)

  1. Open the game in Safari 17 or later.
  2. Choose File → Add to Dock, then Add.

Firefox on a computer cannot install web apps: open the game in Chrome, Edge or Safari to install it.
